Bookings by Hugo — Beta Participation Agreement
Authority and purpose
I am authorized to act for the company and facility identified in this application. I am enrolling to operate a pet-care business. I am not acting on behalf of a competing software provider to obtain non-public information, research confidential functionality, or copy proprietary materials or ideas. This statement does not restrict lawful competition, independently developed ideas, honest reviews, or good-faith bug and security reports.
Beta software
I understand that Bookings by Hugo is in beta testing. Features may change, and bugs, glitches, interruptions, and incomplete functionality may occur. I will report problems promptly to Bookings by Hugo with enough information to investigate them. Bookings by Hugo will work to investigate and address reported issues promptly; a particular correction date or outcome is not guaranteed.
Pricing
Beta access may be discounted or offered without a discount. Only the pricing and billing terms expressly presented and accepted at enrollment apply. This agreement alone does not authorize a charge, promise a discount, or enroll the facility in a paid subscription. Any later paid enrollment or price change must follow the applicable billing terms and notice requirements.
Financial and operational records
Errors may affect prices, discounts, invoices, payments, balances, reports, or other records. I will review important records and reconcile financial information against payment-processor records. Bookings by Hugo will investigate reported discrepancies and work to correct confirmed software and record errors where reasonably possible. Some historical records, transactions, communications, or consequences cannot be fully corrected retroactively. This notice does not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Electronic acceptance
By entering my full name, drawing my signature, entering the date, and accepting this agreement, I intend to sign it electronically on behalf of the identified company and facility. A copy of the accepted agreement and its version will be retained with the enrollment record and made available to the facility.
Bookings by Hugo is currently in beta testing. We are welcoming feedback as we refine the platform. SMS Capabilities require enrollment and an additional fee of $50.00. After approval, you'll be given a $10.00 SMS Credit and it becomes "Pay-as-you-go" afterwards.
